Kantora.

Connecting the systems behind Moldovan business accounting, starting with the hardest link: moving invoices from the state e-Factura portal into 1C without manual re-entry.

The problem

Three systems. One person in the middle.

A business’s money is in its bank, invoices in e-Factura, and books in 1C. Today, an accountant often bridges those systems by exporting and re-entering every invoice.

Our design-partner accounting agency in Chișinău runs that e-Factura to 1C loop fully by hand, with no vendor connector in its 1C setup. Disconnected data also makes questions about cash flow, late payments, and margins harder to answer.

From the investor deck

The bigger picture.

From one manual invoice workflow to a clearer financial picture for Moldovan SMEs and their accountants.

THE GOAL10 seconds

Our ambition is for an owner to understand their company’s financial health on a phone in seconds.

THE STARTING POINTOne agency

The first planned pilot is internal tooling for Jizdan & Partner, an agency serving 400 companies. Those companies are the agency’s clients, not Kantora customers.

THE CURRENT STAGEMVP in build

Integration research is complete; the invoice workflow and 1C local-agent path are the next proof points.

Where we are

Early stage, real workflow.

The first deliverable is an internal tool for Jizdan & Partner, the accounting design partner. Its principal, Andrei Jizdan, is Kantora’s CEO and co-founder; Catalin Grecu leads technical development as CTO.

We’ve documented the banking and e-Factura interfaces and selected a local-agent approach for 1C. The immediate goal is to prove the invoice pipeline in the partner’s real workflow before expanding the product.
